How NSTAR Local Delivery Works
Step 1
Review Cart
Review the items in your cart and ensure your order meets any applicable minimum requirements for your delivery area.
Step 2
Choose Delivery
Proceed to checkout, select delivery, and enter your complete business or residential delivery address.
Step 3
Enter Delivery Information
Enter any important delivery information, including your business opening and closing times where applicable, building access details, unit number, buzzer code, delivery instructions, or other information that may help us complete your delivery.
Step 4
Order Preparation & Delivery
We will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready. On the morning of your scheduled delivery day, we will contact you when your order is scheduled to leave for delivery and confirm that someone is available to receive it. Please ensure someone is available at the business, home, apartment, or agreed delivery location to accept the order.
Important NSTAR Local Delivery Details
- NSTAR Local Delivery is our bulk delivery service for medium to large orders delivered to eligible business and residential addresses across the GTA and select areas of Southern Ontario.
- NSTAR Local Delivery may appear at checkout even if your address is outside our delivery area. Checkout availability does not guarantee that your address is eligible for delivery. If we cannot deliver to your address, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
- Delivery fees and free delivery thresholds are calculated based on your delivery area and order total before taxes.
- Greater Toronto Area:
Free on orders of $349.99 or more; $15 flat-rate delivery below $349.99.
- Barrie:
Free delivery on orders of $900 or more; $60 flat-rate delivery below $900.
- Hamilton & Niagara Region:
Brantford, Fort Erie, Grimsby, Hamilton, Lincoln, Niagara, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and St. Catharines receive free delivery on orders of $1,500 or more; $70 flat-rate delivery below $1,500.
- Kitchener, Cambridge & Guelph:
Free delivery on orders of $1,500 or more; $70 flat-rate delivery below $1,500.
- London & Tillsonburg:
Free delivery on orders of $2,200 or more; $99 flat-rate delivery below $2,200.
- Next-day delivery may be available depending on product availability and scheduled delivery routes. Next-day delivery is not guaranteed.
- Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, traffic, weather conditions, and route changes. Some deliveries may arrive earlier or slightly later than the scheduled route day.
- We will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready. On the morning of your scheduled delivery day, we will contact you when your order is scheduled to leave for delivery and confirm that someone is available to receive it.
- Please ensure someone is available at the business, home, apartment, condominium, or agreed delivery location to accept the order.
- Purchasing an item does not guarantee that inventory has been reserved for your order. Inventory is allocated and confirmed when your order is being picked and packed.
- If an item is unavailable when your order is being prepared, it will be removed from the order and refunded the day after delivery.
- For apartment and condominium deliveries, customers are responsible for providing accurate unit numbers, buzzer codes, building access details, concierge requirements, and any other important delivery instructions.
- For larger or bulk orders to apartments and condominiums, delivery may be made to the building entrance, lobby, concierge, loading area, or another accessible ground-level location.
- Drivers are not required to carry large or heavy bulk orders up stairs or through areas with restricted access.
- Enter your business’s actual opening and closing times at checkout. These times help us plan your delivery but are not a guaranteed delivery window.
- If your business is open for fewer than eight hours, enter the actual hours and add any important timing, receiving, access, or delivery information under Delivery Instructions. Limited receiving hours may delay delivery.
- Eligible returns may be given directly to the driver. Refunds will be processed the following day.
- To request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Customers cannot modify or cancel NSTAR Local Delivery orders themselves.
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if the delivery address is outside our service area or if we are unable to safely or reasonably complete the delivery.
